  Absolutely unforgettable boat day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We are a family of four and wanted a really special day out exploring, and Javier and Roberto (Berto) absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, they were incredible — kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely so much fun to be around. They looked after us like kings and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible day. The waters were absolutely stunning — crystal-clear turquoise sea, beautiful snorkelling and swimming, and gorgeous stops around Isla Mujeres. They knew exactly where to take us and made the whole experience feel effortless. But what made the day truly special for us was how wonderful they were with our children. Our son has additional needs and can find new places, changes and sensory overload really challenging. Javier and Berto were so patient and understanding, helping him feel comfortable without putting any pressure on him. He settled far more than we ever expected and even joined in with activities — something he will often refuse to do. Seeing him enjoy himself and be part of the experience meant the absolute world to us. ❤️ They were also fantastic in the water, keeping a close eye on everyone and even pulling our daughter around to make sure she stayed safe. We always felt completely looked after. They were friendly, attentive, fun, reassuring and incredibly professional. You could genuinely tell they wanted us to have the most amazing time — and they achieved exactly that. Javier and Berto were the BEST crew we could have asked for. 🥹🌴🌊 A truly magical day, filled with memories we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much, Javier & Berto — you were absolutely fantastic! ❤️ If you’re considering booking a boat trip, BOOK IT.   The perfect way to enjoy the beautiful water off of Isla

  6 Hour – Caribbean Yacht Experience on August 9, 2026 • 5 adults • 3 children

  We have gone on many excusions and snorkeling tours over the years but wanted something more private because this would be the first time we have our young children with us. Javier and Alberto delivered exactly what i was hoping for. We were able to hit multiple snorkelling spots while avoiding the crowds from the larger catarmeran tours. This allowed us to spend more time in the water looking at all thr cool sea creatures. Javier is very knowledgeable of the area and knows when and where to take you to make the most of your time in the water. Once in the water, Alberto was right there with us to ensure my kids stayed safe and had a great time. I will definitely being booking with Javier again the next time we are in Cancun. Thank you for such a great trip.

  Fantastic Private Speedboat Experience!

  We had an amazing day on a private speedboat trip with our family of 2 adults and 4 children. From start to finish, the captain and steward were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. What we appreciated most was how flexible the trip was. The itinerary was tailored to our needs and preferences, making the experience feel truly personal and exclusive. The crew provided excellent service throughout the entire journey and were especially attentive to our children. The speedboat itself was fantastic, and the whole experience created memories that our family will cherish for a long time.   our family of 4 had a great day on the Pura Vida. Captain Javiar & second mate Roberto were great. We knew we wanted to check out Isla Mujeres & snorkel but that was it. We asked them to lead the way. They beought us to some incredible snorkeling locations & recommended a great restaurant in Isla Mujeres. Roberto swam with us in all locations & even helped my daughter who isn’t the strongest swimmer. The boat is new, nice & spacious. My hand was never empty. Highly recommend! BONUS if you are staying near the JW Marriot or Marriot…the dock is across the street!

  We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Pura Vida during our day out in Cancun. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a full day of snorkeling and sightseeing. What truly made the trip unforgettable, though, was the crew. The captain and first mate were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a great time. They knew all the best spots, kept the energy fun and relaxed, and made us feel completely safe and taken care of the entire day. The snorkeling locations were beautiful, and the sightseeing along the coast was just as impressive. It felt like a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. If you’re in Cancun and considering a private boat experience, I can’t recommend Pura Vida enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would book again without hesitation.
