  While the captain was great the boat needs repair. Very hard to get in/out of water. Fittings around the ladder that loose and broken made it difficult to get out of water.

Our crew assisted your party in and out of the water, and the tour was completed safely, without any incidents. Our vessels and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained, and guest safety is always our priority. Assistance with boarding and exiting the water is routinely provided whenever needed, particularly when guests may have mobility issues or require additional support.
