This trip was one of the worst I’ve ever taken. The cairain made no bones about not wanting to be there. He didn’t speak to us. No directions were given, he was in the water before we were, he took us to a lunch spot that was really just a bar with limited food choices, loud music, drunk people and no tables or chairs. He spent the time there playing a video game, drinking and left us on our own. He essentially started a fight asking and giving his opinion about our president. He started... More

We apologize for any inconveniences caused. Our captain and tour guide both communicate with guest, to provide the same service that every other guests experience. The itinerary is explained in the description, also that lunch is bought at a floating bar/restaurant where loud music is played and drunk people can be found. We apologize for any inconveniences caused. Our captain and tour guide both communicate with guest, to provide the same service that every other guests experience. The itinerary is explained in the description, also that lunch is bought at a floating bar/restaurant where loud music is played and drunk people can be found. The captain remarks were that the president is a good president in his opinion ( not as an argument )
Again we do apologize for any inconveniences caused and would like to advise any future guests to discontinue the trip if anyone doesn’t feel comfortable.
