As I explained the tide had blown out due to the wind and moon phase. I have no control over that. That phenomenon occures so little that I do not have a ramp or stairs for boarding.
I apologize for not going in the ocean. The boat is a pontoon boat and not capable of going in the ocean and only does bay side tours as our name states “Day On The Bay”.
I apologize for not conversing with your husband and sister inlaw. However they spoke only in Spanish, Im not fluent in Spanish.

I am unable to offer a reduced rate or discount as my time and expenses are the same weather its one or six passengers.

Im sorry you had such difficulty boarding and disembarking. We are currently experiencing larger than normal tide changes due to the full moon phase. Typically the tidal fluctuations are half of what you experienced.  JW.
