We booked a 6-hour tour for my mother’s 70th birthday for $900, that it feels like the captain just never wanted to deliver. At confirmation, they said it was 4-hours and when I questioned that, they said I was right, it would actually be 6 hours. We expected to visit Palomino and Icacos and were particularly interested in snorkeling, which we made clear. We went to Palomino and got to see sea turtles from the boat, which was very neat, but once we were in the water, it was clear that... Plus

Thank you again for joining us. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Weather conditions were discussed prior to and during the trip, and for safety reasons we were limited in where we could go and what we could do that day. These conditions also affected visibility for snorkeling. During the charter, it was mutually agreed to shorten the trip due to weather, and we adjusted the price accordingly at that time. Three days after the trip, an additional refund was requested by you… and As a gesture of goodwill, we have agreed to provide the additional $100 refund. We always strive to give our best service to every client, even when weather conditions are not ideal.including the gratuity that had already been given to the crew, despite the service being completed and acknowledged positively during the experience. thank you

The captain Andy was very nice and fun gave a lot of tips of surrounding areas on things to do beach’s places to eat etc. Barbra was also very informative and also has a very fun and bubbly personality, would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice private 4 hours to themselves and whoever they also want to bring alone. 10/10!
