Annapolis Sailing Adventures, LLC operates a 2003 Beneteau 473 Sailboat based out of Annapolis. It can take up to six guests. The boat is powered by one 75 HP, diesel inboard Yanmar engine, offering a maximum cruising speed of 8 knots. The vessel comes equipped with airconditioning, audio system, ice box, inside speakers, outside speakers and refrigerator, micorwave and all serving utensils.
The captain, Rick Lober specializes in sailing tours, special event celebrations, corporate events, etc. We sail out of Annapolis (10 minutes from city dock with plenty of parking) into the Severn River and the Chesapeake Bay. On lighter wind days, we often fly our bir blue and white spinnaker!
Once onboard, you'll have everything you need for a trip to remember, including bimini, bow sundeck and kitchen. We provide non-alcaholic drinks and snacks but you may bring whatever you like. Onboard policies are: alcohol allowed, children allowed, glass bottles allowed onboard, red wine allowed onboard.
You will find all the necessary safety features onboard, the boat features anchor, autopilot, bow thruster, chart plotter, depth finder, GPS, life jackets, radar, VHF radio and wheel steering are included.
We complete the 2.5 hour sail with a loop through Annapolis Harbor where we point out all of the historic sites and best restaurants.
