New Wave Boat Charter is a 2023 Nautic Star 231 Hybrid Center console based out of Sarasota. It can take up to six guests. The boat is powered by one 250 HP gasoline outboard Yamaha engine. The vessel comes equipped with an audio system, baitwell, fishfinder, outside speakers, and rod holders.
You will find all the necessary safety features onboard. The boat features an anchor, power anchor, chart plotter, depth finder, GPS, life jackets, first aid kit, sonar, VHF radio, and wheel steering.
We provide a cooler with ice and water. Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21. We are a kid-friendly and pet-friendly charter. Optional addons include snorkeling masks, floats, and a sunchill. Onboard policies include no smoking and no spray sunscreen.
Captain Rafael brings deep local knowledge and a lifelong passion for the sea to every charter. He holds a USCG OUPV Captain’s License and has safely guided guests through the region’s most beautiful waters. WOW! We had such a great time with Captain Raphael and Simone! We booked a fireworks watching tour for the 4th of July. After our 1st few minutes we knew we were in very capable hands with a skilled Captain. He was very conscientious of our comfort and kept us on a very smooth path. (That was so nice because I have gotten a little queasy on other boat trips in the past.) Raphael and Simone communicated very well and were so friendly-we loved them immediately! Our ride over to Sarasota harbor was so enjoyable-we actually kept commenting to each other on how great this was and we should do this every year! Once we arrived in Sarasota Bay, Raphael positioned us perfectly so we could watch the fireworks completely unobstructed. It was such a great night! I don’t know why we haven’t done this sooner. Our ride back to Osprey was gorgeous and we saw more fireworks on the entire ride back-double bonus!!! The boat was very comfortable for 4 of us, it was clean and they provided water and ice for us and allowed us to bring our own as well. The pricing was reasonable. He was waiting for us on time when we arrived, and we all felt that we were safe in very competent hands! Highly recommended this company! Thank you Raphael and Simone-we had the best time and will definitely call again for a sand bar fun day!

Captain Raphael is awesome! We were a group of six adults. We wanted to spend the day at Sandbar‘s and relaxing in the water. He knew all the spots to take us. He is knowledgeable and professional. The boat fits six comfortably. He had a cooler on board with ice and some waters. We stopped for drinks at Jacks Marina after running out of what we brought. Raphael was cool and chill and really made the boating day lovely. We will definitely book him again in the future.

We had the best day! We brought our two year old and she had a blast with us! A life vest was prepared for her so she would be safe on board. Captain Raphael took us to some amazing spots around Siesta Key and Casey Key. Our favorite spot was Snake Island! It's been our favorite day of our vacation and we can't wait to book again!

Captain Rafael was very kind, attentive to the groups needs and very knowledgable of what to do! We saw dolphind and manatees on the trip and had great swimming spots! His photo taking skills we also on point! Would highly recommend his trips!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 15% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
