The skippers for our actual boat trip (Leonardo and apologies i dont remeber the other gentlemens name) were really good. Very helpful, polite and approachable. They were reassuring with one passenger who was a little nervous. They explained everything that would happen, checked we were happy with where we were going and were patient with us with the paddle boards. I cant fault them. What let the whole experience down was being asked to change the date or time on numerous occasions before the trip even though i booked this in February and the trip was the 2nd July. I explained a few times that this was the only date we could all do which is why we picked it. I signed the contract and then confirmed the amount that would need to be paid in cash on the day as the amount kept changing. This amount was confirmed twice. So on the day we took the cash as requested and the amount changed again. This was slightly less than agreed but just thought it would be more to add to the tip for the lads. Then at the end of the trip their boss had called to say we actually needed to pay €210 extra. The lads were apologetic. All we could do was put the cash together between us (even though we’d only brought extra for the tip and a few euro more) We paid the €210 extra but then felt bad because we only had a bit of cash left for the lads tip when they had been so good. The whole experience before the trip and the number of messages was chaotic and confusing, then the added cash didnt help.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
