"A Live One" is a Freeman Boatworks custom 29' center console. Freshly repowered for 2025 with Yamaha 300 twin motors, and a full electronics console refresh, it has everything you need for a productive day on the water. It's the only Freeman boat charter on HHI, a high-performance catamaran hull with an unmatched ride. The wide layout of this boat (10' beam!) is more akin to a 34' monohull in terms of space, and unquestionably more stable and smoother riding than boats in and above its class. Get there fast and comfortably, with more time for fun!

The captain, Blair Willis, specializes in island hopping, boat tours, dolphin watching, and fishing. Our adventures can take you to a remote beach for swimming and exploring, or follow scenic paths on the backcountry waterways finding dolphins and other wildlife. Sandbars, "Disappearing Island", Daufuskie, just about anything is possible on our custom trips, or enjoy an engaging dolphin tour.

This is a family-friendly experience and all ages are welcome aboard. We are fully stocked with the required safety equipment and beyond. Child life vests are provided or you may also bring your own if preferred.

Once aboard, you'll have facilities to make your trip as comfortable as possible: a spacious bow sundeck, a large shade top, plenty of lounging spots, and a powerful Garmin Fusion / JL Audio sound system for your enjoyment. For trips involving fishing, she is fully equipped with baitwell, fishfinder, ice-box, and all the tackle you might need.

Bring snacks, drinks, or more. (Alcohol is permitted in moderation, no glass bottles, no rolling coolers.) For longer trips, we can arrange a stop at a dockside restaurant for lunch if you'd like (a la carte).
