company was very responsive and helpful with all my requests. added transportation last min which was big help. the boat crew was fantastic! they were helpful, engaging and made the experience fun! They got kids dancing and everyone had a blast. only negative was the boat pictured was not the one we got… similar features but not as nice. That being said, it didnt really matter and the boat crew, especially our main guy, more then made up for. would definitely book again.

we had a trip planned with others and happy I canceled and got on this boat with my family. we had a blast. 3 hours just isn't long enough. we will return when back in punta cana

We booked a 6hr charter with lunch included on 9/19. The boat never leaves the shore line. The lunch is brough over on a fishing boat packed with about 10 men and the food on paper plates, not covered on the floor of that boat. Only 2 out of our 10 were even brave enoigh to try the food and tbey couldnt eat it. We were starving. The slide is only allowed to be used and one spot that you only stay up for about 10 minutes. The boat itself is all made up of hard seating that is bench like. There’s no place to lay out or just relax other than a super hard surface. One of the crew is a photographer who will obsessively take photos and force you to poses throughout the entire charter and even once you get off, you are part of an extreme pressure to buy these pictures at a whopping price of $400 you cannot simply say no it becomes a massive back-and-forth of trying to wheel and deal, negotiate and feeling pressured With all that being said, after about three hours on the boat, one of the crew members was severely injured on the anchor luckily we were a crew of nurses and doctors. It was very evident. The young man’s wrist was broken, and he had missing skin down his hand and fingertips.  the captain of the boat had no first aid kit for him so we were attempting to give him ice and gave him some of our own ibuprofen they thought the boat ride would go on. At that time we demanded to be taken back to shore and end the charter being this crew member needed medial attention. After I reached out to the store operator to let them know that our charter ended after three hours and to ask for a prorated refund for the remaining three hours. I was given a swift no and was told we only ended our charter because we didn’t like how deep the ocean was. Clearly that makes no sense as nobody believes that an ocean is shallow and none of us have issues with swimming. when I push back in the second debate that he then said we wanted to end our charter because we didn’t like seaweed. we barely ran into any seaweed at all Total lie and a total scam. Find another company

We were looking forward to this trip, getting there and back was good. The boat itself was less then expected, the staff would not allow us to use the slide, the lady working the bar was obviously not into her job and had a bad attitude. We requested a Cuba Libre, she waved the empty bottle saying no more but then later one of the staff brought out two bottles! Part of the trip was fun but it could have been way better. I will not recommend or go back.. we are very easily please but there were points of frustration.
