3 Hour – Private Party (AM) • 10 adultscompany was very responsive and helpful with all my requests. added transportation last min which was big help. the boat crew was fantastic! they were helpful, engaging and made the experience fun! They got kids dancing and everyone had a blast. only negative was the boat pictured was not the one we got… similar features but not as nice. That being said, it didnt really matter and the boat crew, especially our main guy, more then made up for. would definitely book again.

3 Hr – Morning Relax & Clear Water • 2 adultsThe communication with coordinator Don Kimbara was good and reliable. We were picked up by water taxi as expected and taken to the boat for a 9:00 AM 3 hour cruise. The first 30 minutes (from 9-9:30) we sat on the boat while the crew arrived and 2 different deliveries of gas were made (on our time). This whole time Don took photos of our family of 12. There were many different arrangements of couples and family members while we waited. The photo shoot continued once we were left the mooring. The first stop for snorkeling was fine but rushed, due to our late departure. The second stop at Dolphin Island was a viewing of the dolphins from 30 yards and we could see dolphins jumping and giving dolphin rides. That stop was about 10 minutes. Then we went to a sandy shallow area where we could swim, hang out and casually enjoy the calm water. We were there about 30 minutes. Back on board heading back to our origination point Don began the hard sell of our 300 photos for $600 US. He approached the women first selling hard on the "beautiful family" pictures. The sales pitch went on the entire 20 minutes back. Many, including myself, were very irritated with his non-stop approach. When we got back to the mooring where the water taxi was waiting we were 30 minutes early and I explained we had rented the boat until 12PM (3 hours) and we intended to stay on the boat until then. There was no issue from him on that. Had I not spoken up our 3 hour trip would have only been 2 hours due to our 30 minute dely. The crew and captain were all very friendly and their service was excellent! Board at your own risk...

3 Hour – Private Party (AM) • 10 adultsWe booked a 6hr charter with lunch included on 9/19. The boat never leaves the shore line. The lunch is brough over on a fishing boat packed with about 10 men and the food on paper plates, not covered on the floor of that boat. Only 2 out of our 10 were even brave enoigh to try the food and tbey couldnt eat it. We were starving. The slide is only allowed to be used and one spot that you only stay up for about 10 minutes. The boat itself is all made up of hard seating that is bench like. There’s no place to lay out or just relax other than a super hard surface. One of the crew is a photographer who will obsessively take photos and force you to poses throughout the entire charter and even once you get off, you are part of an extreme pressure to buy these pictures at a whopping price of $400 you cannot simply say no it becomes a massive back-and-forth of trying to wheel and deal, negotiate and feeling pressured With all that being said, after about three hours on the boat, one of the crew members was severely injured on the anchor luckily we were a crew of nurses and doctors. It was very evident. The young man’s wrist was broken, and he had missing skin down his hand and fingertips. the captain of the boat had no first aid kit for him so we were attempting to give him ice and gave him some of our own ibuprofen they thought the boat ride would go on. At that time we demanded to be taken back to shore and end the charter being this crew member needed medial attention. After I reached out to the store operator to let them know that our charter ended after three hours and to ask for a prorated refund for the remaining three hours. I was given a swift no and was told we only ended our charter because we didn’t like how deep the ocean was. Clearly that makes no sense as nobody believes that an ocean is shallow and none of us have issues with swimming. when I push back in the second debate that he then said we wanted to end our charter because we didn’t like seaweed. we barely ran into any seaweed at all Total lie and a total scam. Response from Charter operatorDear Jessica, The boat was fully available to you and your guests for the entire number of hours you originally rented. This included the transportation, boat, captain, crew, and the services that had been arranged and paid for in advance. As with any activity at sea, unexpected situations can occasionally occur. We are all human, and the movement of the boat and the nature of the environment can sometimes lead to unforeseen circumstances involving members of the crew. For these situations, we have first-aid supplies and access to boat transportation and other resources to address any unexpected issues as quickly and safely as possible. In this particular case, however, you and your guests made the decision to end the excursion before the scheduled time. I had already paid in advance for the crew, captain, boat owner, transportation, and beverages for the full six-hour service that was reserved. I also personally spoke with Monkey (Black) and the entire team, including the photographer and captain, regarding the situation. After discussing the circumstances, you and your guests decided to leave early. We understand that unexpected situations can be frustrating, and we respect your decision to end the excursion. However, because the services had been reserved, prepared, and paid for in advance for the full six-hour period, and the decision to leave early was made by you and your guests, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or financial compensation for the unused time. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of the situation and hope you can understand our position as well. Best regards, adolfo Travel
