As for the money issue, we would like to share that at no point during or after the tour did our crew—who have over 8 years of experience—receive or observe any direct complaint regarding missing cash. On the contrary, your companions were assisting you throughout, including at the time of tipping. It is therefore possible that the loss may have occurred after the tour. Please rest assured that there was never any intention to take advantage of the situation: when you attempted to make a second payment, our staff immediately confirmed that everything had already been covered. With respect to the facilities, the doors and areas are in proper working condition. Of course, you are very welcome to return and verify everything personally should you wish.
