False advertising. Don´t book

We booked a trip at Marku boat tours that was sold to us as a 8hour daytrip (8am-4pm). The boattrip was for a maximum of 12 people and would take us to Komani lake and back. When we arrived at 8h, there was no one to be seen and when we asked someone about it, they told us the boat wouldn´t leave before 9h30 (so 1,5h of waiting there). When we finally left, we were put on a boat with at least 30+ people, with poor space to move and a different boat company then the boat we booked to. (We booked at marku boat tours, but they were nowhere to be found. Nor was there any information). The whole harbour just looks very sketchy. The boat trip was okay, but the captain didn´t speak english and so he wasn´t able to give us any information about surroundings etc. We left again after a few hours at Komani lake, arriving half an our earlier back then advertised. This made our 8h boattrip a 6h boattrip. We have no problem with people having to live from tourists and making profit out of it, but this felt like being conned. We would not recommend.
