Before trip: very good and clear communication, if you stay in area of St. Paul Bay pick up can be there. In our case we've seen boat from balcony. Boat: clean and very comfy, plenty of space, for 3 people we could change sides, go front and back. Captain: real added value and game changer - showing you places and caves where bigger boats can't fit, knowledgeable about visited places. Summary: highly recommended!
