WORST experience ever!

We booked this boat trip as part of a bachelorette weekend that we had been looking forward to, and what should have been one of the highlights of our trip turned into an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience. The captain behaved extremely inappropriately and used a racial slur toward one of the women in our group. There is absolutely no excuse for that behavior, especially from someone who is supposed to be a professional responsible for the safety and experience of paying guests. We were so uncomfortable and upset that we had to end the trip early and get off the boat halfway through our scheduled time. That alone should speak volumes. We did not receive the experience we paid for because the captain's conduct made it impossible for us to feel comfortable remaining on the boat. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun and memorable part of our friend's bachelorette celebration. Instead, we were left shocked, angry, and incredibly disappointed that a business would allow someone representing them to treat customers this way. We are requesting a full refund. We should not be expected to pay for a trip we were essentially forced to abandon because of the captain's offensive and discriminatory behavior. I would strongly caution anyone before booking with this company unless they can guarantee that their guests will be treated with basic dignity and respect. What happened to our group was completely unacceptable, and no paying customer should ever have to experience this.
