Pretty much flawless with the exception of a 30 min delay. We still got 4 hours on the boat so this wasn’t an issue for us. Captain was helpful, and scenery and swim spots were amazing. So much better than a non-private boat trip.
Many thanks to our capitan Mario for the lovely experience. We are a family of 4 members, the youngest is a special teenager with Autism and ADHD, non verbal. Mario was encouraging our son, praising him and helping him to accommodate on the boat and overcome his anxiety. Mario was an absolute star!!
Through communication, the perfect special moment was made possible by the Captain and Crew communicating well with myself to plan the perfect trip out to the blue lagoon and crystal lagoon. had a great morning with Joe, trip was delayed by 1 hr, no explaition why buu itherwise exceelent communications via whatsapp. good comms re biat facilities, plan of the trio. Blue lagoon, Crystal lagoon and other caves. Joe advising when / where to jump and my daughters and husband did, no problems. He supported photos/ videos, provided swiming/ snorkling equipment. excellent motoring skills in busy places. A great 3 hours. Thanks
Well organised trip. Great communication from the company. We had a lovely captain called Joe, who made a real effort to make the trip as enjoyable as possible - he gave us information of the caves, took photographs of us and videos as we dived off the boat!
