Mario was not responsive on the app. He confirmed pricing and fees on Watsapp and on the day he redirected us to another rental company who charged us their own prices which were 170 euros more than what we agreed to with Mario. It was Aug 15 and a big public holiday! They took undue advantage of us and our time. A stop was promised at Amalfi during the booking which was not given as well citing unreasonable reasons. The matter still remains unresolved with Mario and Boatbooker.

    Wonderful day out!

    8 Hr – Positano & Amalfi Tour • 5 adults • 1 child

    We had an absolutely amazing time on the water, and it was without a doubt our favourite day on the Amalfi Coast. Our skipper, Doddo, was exceptional. We were running late because of parking problems, but we stayed in touch with him throughout. He was incredibly reassuring, telling us not to stress or worry, and even came to greet us at the marina when we arrived. Doddo was warm, patient, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful throughout the day. One of the highlights was when he let our autistic son take the helm for a few minutes. It absolutely made his day, and seeing how kind and encouraging Doddo was with him meant so much to us. He also took us to a beautiful, secluded spot where we enjoyed lunch and a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water. It was the perfect way to experience the stunning Amalfi coastline. Communication with Boat Booker was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly to every query, and when I requested a payment link for the remaining balance, it was sent within minutes. The whole booking process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I cannot recommend both Boat Booker and Doddo highly enough. This was an unforgettable experience, and we would book again without hesitation.

    Relaxing and so fun!

    Our experience on the boat was wonderful! It was very relaxing, and we had the freedom to explore where we wanted to. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great day on the water exploring the Italian coastline!
