Beautiful views ruined by poor service and changed itinerary
The location and the landscape are very beautiful, but the treatment from the captain leaves a lot to be desired. What disappointed me the most was that he made a 20-minute stop in Perast, when the itinerary clearly stated that the visit to Perast would be scenic and that we would stop to visit Our Lady of the Rocks island. If you change the itinerary, the very least you can do is explain it. But the captain and his companion gave no explanation whatsoever—they said nothing, didn't even say good morning, nor did they offer the bottle of water that was supposed to be included according to the booking.
Sorry for your bad experience but I can't accept a review where I know that all our captains are skilled and communicate with guests. as well they are not waiters, so if you needed water you could tell them and they would give it to you. All our captains and stuff do explain to people all the history of the places and they provide all the information that people ask from them. Captain as well told us that you were complaining about the other people that joined you on a tour because you expected to be only you on the boat, and you booked a group tour that is up to 10 people and there were other people who booked as well. Sorry again, bit I can't accept this review as a valid one. Best regards.
