The crew forgot to tell us that the remaining balance of 1.300€ had to be paid in cash. Since we did not have this amount in cash the captain refused to leave the last anchor point and threatened to call the police. We told him we could go straight to an ATM or wire funds online. All suggestions were refused and it felt like we were taken hostage on the boat. It was sorted after 30 minutes by calling the agency, but the captain was still extremely angry.

    very sympatic captain, clean and spacious boat, wonderful relaxed trip with great stops, absolute recommandable. We a group of 5 would do it again.
