This boat company was absolutely incredible. Our captain Gabrielle was very experienced, polite and one of the most courteous captains I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He took us to the most breathtaking secrets spots that's were unbelievable. I highly recommend this company.

Captain Gabriel was top notch. best way to experience the water and hidden coves. The sea scooter batteries were not charged and died early, only down thing.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The captain spoke no English, making communication extremely difficult. He frequently could not understand our requests and refused to take us to several destinations we specifically wanted to visit, despite those being discussed beforehand. Before we even left the dock, we were required to prepay for numerous extras. Unfortunately, several of the items and services we paid for were never provided. When we requested a refund for what we did not receive, the company refused. The boat itself was nothing like the photos used to advertise it. The pictures were extremely misleading, and the condition of the vessel was far below what we expected. The worst part of the experience was that the boat broke down during our charter. Even more concerning, the captain admitted that they already knew there was a mechanical issue before taking the boat out but decided to proceed anyway. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. Overall, this experience felt deceptive from start to finish. Misleading advertising, poor communication, failure to provide paid-for services, refusal to issue refunds, and knowingly operating a boat with mechanical problems made this the worst charter experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Regarding the Captain, we are truly sorry that this was your perception. He has been working with us for many years and has always been praised by our guests for his professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help. Despite the unexpected situation that occurred during your charter, he did everything possible to ensure that your day could continue in the best possible way. It is true that the boat experienced an unexpected mechanical failure. However, rather than leaving you without a solution, we immediately arranged a replacement boat at no additional cost, which picked you up and took you directly to Phi Beach, exactly as requested. Our priority was to ensure that your day was not completely disrupted. We are also surprised by several of the statements made in your review. A number of your additional requests were confirmed very late the night before the charter, when it was no longer possible to source everything requested. Nevertheless, we still made every effort to provide as much as possible and informed you of the situation before departure. This solution was accepted by you at the time. We would also like to clarify that, on the previous booking, it was you who chose to cancel on the very morning of the charter. As clearly stated in our cancellation policy, which is publicly available and visible to every customer before booking, refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified time frame—not for cancellations made on the day of departure. This policy is applied equally to all customers, without exception. Finally, all of our communications are fully documented. For this reason, we must respectfully reject any version of events that does not accurately reflect what actually occurred. We remain committed to operating with professionalism, transparency, and integrity, always placing the safety of our guests and the quality of our service above all else.
