I booked the trip with my wife and two of my young children. There were only two other passengers on the boat an elderly lady and her daughter. 

The driver was extremely rude and clearly racist. It was obvious that he did not like Arabs. He never spoke to us, did not explain anything about the islands or places we passed by, and only talked in French with the old lady and her daughter while completely ignoring us. 
We didn’t even stop at any island. When I asked him how long we would stay or how much time we had, he replied rudely, “If you don’t want to get off, just stay here.” 

He was very impolite, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Our trip was very disappointing. 
I booked this trip based on the good reviews from other people and paid a considerable amount of money. We came back around 3:00 — he seemed to be rushing to finish the trip quickly. 

Overall, it was a terrible experience for us as a family, and I truly hope the management looks into this serious behavior.
