  We had the most amazing day out on the boat in Rhodes! Sailing Edisa were absolutely lovely from start to finish. So friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. Truly felt like being with family! The food was fantastic, especially the homemade spring rolls, and the cocktails and champagne were the perfect touch! Everything was so well organised and the whole experience was made even better by how friendly and attentive Sailing Edisa were throughout. Honestly, the best day we’ve had in Rhodes! We couldn’t recommend this boat trip enough to anyone looking for an unforgettable day out on the water. We would 100% do it again! ️

  Thank you Sailing Edisa for a wonderful boat excursion! We booked this for my husband's birthday and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a premium luxury boat trip in Rhodes. They were highly responsive leading up to and on the day. We had a few wonderful stops including Anthony Quinn bay which was beautiful. Isabella and Edward were super friendly and attentive, and Isabella cooked a wonderful meal with pasta, Edisa salad and Vietnamese spring rolls which was all delicious. They also made us personalised cocktails and delicious Greek champagne. Would definitely recommend booking directly with Sailing Edisa on their website also. Thanks so much for a memorable birthday celebration!

  We recently booked a 6-hour sailing trip with Sailing Edisa, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Edward and Isobelle made us feel so welcome that we knew we were in for something special. Captain Edward is incredibly experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. His passion for sailing and the local area really shines through, and throughout the entire trip we felt completely safe, relaxed, and in the best hands. It allowed us to fully switch off and enjoy every moment. Isobelle was amazing as our co-captain, chef, and host. The homemade food she prepared was absolutely outstanding, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our meal felt like it had been made with genuine care, adding a real luxury touch to the experience. The boat itself was immaculate, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax while taking in the stunning scenery. Every detail had been thoughtfully planned, and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel more like guests than customers. We've been on boat trips before, but this was on another level. It wasn't just a boat trip—it was an experience we'll remember for the rest of our lives. We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning to book a second trip with Sailing Edisa, and we honestly can't wait to come. A special mention also has to go to the outstanding wine and champagne that were served throughout the trip. They had been specially selected and purchased just for us, which made the experience feel even more personal and luxurious. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly complemented the incredible homemade food, making an already amazing day even more memorable. Sailing Edisa is worth every single penny. We couldn't recommend Captain Edward and Isobelle more highly. Thank you both for giving us memories we'll treasure forever!

  An unforgettable sunset and the best Vietnamese feast in Rhodes! Our group of eight girls recently sailed with Sailing Edisa in Rhodes, and it was simply the highlight of our entire trip! From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Eduard and Chef Isabelle made us feel incredibly welcome, bringing so much joy and positive energy to the whole day. Captain Eduard expertly navigated the stunning coast and took us to the perfect spot to watch the most magical sunset. Paired with perfectly chilled bubbles, it was a dream! The absolute showstopper, however, was the food. Chef Isabelle created a breathtaking dining table curated down to the tiniest detail in true Vietnamese style, complete with fresh flowers and fruits. She prepared what were hands-down the best Vietnamese spring rolls we have ever tasted!If you are looking for an unforgettable luxury experience, look no further.
