Great crew- sketchy sale

6 Hr – Cancún to Isla Mujeres Tour4 adults

Sales lady charged us more than expected after our deposited was prepaid. Claims there was a 10% credit card usage fee. She added and additional $150 claiming the conversion from pesos to dollars.

We’ll look into your observation regarding the USD conversion to MXN. This is a Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) which is: when paying at a card reader abroad, you may be asked if you want to be charged in your home currency or the local currency. You chose to pay in the local currency. Letting the us - the local merchant- do the conversion. This allows us to set our own exchange rates in order to cover the price. We appreciate your comment and will restructure our price in order to maintain a transparent and trustworthy service. We look forward to having you onboard soon! 🛟
