Highly recommend! Amazing 2 hour sunset boat tour! The views were beautiful and the whole experience was relaxing and unforgettable. The captain was incredible, friendly, professional, and made the trip even more special.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, as this does not reflect how the tour went from our perspective. Your sunset tour was booked from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and was completed exactly as scheduled. During the entire trip, everything appeared to be going very well, and no concerns or complaints were mentioned. The tour included the millionaire homes, Fort Lauderdale canals, and the New River, exactly as advertised. Additionally, before the tour even began, we made extra efforts to accommodate your group. Despite sending clear instructions, there was difficulty locating the boat, and we were unable to reach you by phone because calls were not being answered. To help avoid further inconvenience, we personally picked your group up from a different location to ensure the tour could still proceed smoothly and on time. However, after the tour ended and everyone got off the boat, you suddenly became extremely upset and began yelling at us aggressively. We genuinely do not understand what caused this reaction, as we remained professional and respectful throughout the entire experience. We always strive to provide every guest with a great and memorable tour, and we believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided.
