The trip was good, the crew was great and the boat was beautiful! However, the planning up to the boat was a little annoying. I had to explain 3 times that the date i chose was not reflected on the app, communication needs to be better, and day of the boat (which we talked about several times) was wrong, we showed up with all the coolers, family and friends 15-20 min before take off and boat was nowhere to be found.
