Captain John and Ed’s customer service was truly impressive from start to finish. Captain John demonstrated excellent boatmanship, professionalism, and an incredible level of composure as a captain. It was clear that he has extensive experience on the water and takes great pride in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for his guests. Ed, the owner, was equally wonderful….extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a good experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their business. We are so grateful for Captain John and Ed! Thank you for keeping us safe on the water.

Flexible and Relaxed!

Our group of 7 women (all teachers on a girls’ trip together) had the best time! Bad weather was predicted, so the boat was flexible and moved our trip back an hour to make it happen. Captain Mike and Patrick were both so friendly and helpful and worked so hard against choppier seas in the bay to get us to the canal for a smooth, fun, and relaxing ride. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience on this sunset cruise! The kids and adults all had a great time. The little ones really enjoyed swimming and a chance to play captain of the boat. Beautiful memories for the whole family!
