The water was a bit cool (to us desert dwellers) at 74 degrees F. We brought rash guards, and that kept us the right temperature while snorkeling. I suggest bringing one as an option if the water temperature is similar to what we experienced.

Our private boat day with Captain Chris was absolutely incredible and worth every minute. From the start, the experience was completely customizable, allowing us to create the perfect day on the water. Captain Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away.
We cruised past stunning waterfront homes, stopped to swim with turtles, and snorkeled some of the most beautiful reefs we’ve ever seen. Everything we needed was already on board, which made the day feel effortless and truly relaxing.
If you’re looking for a private boat experience that’s personalized, fun, and unforgettable, Captain Chris delivers it all. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we can’t wait to do it again!

We are serious saltwater fishing family. After researching the fishing options I chose not to because the charters are more catered to taking cruise ship land lovers tourist fishing. The beach boat tour worked out best for us.

Everything was very well organised from start to finish. We appreciated the safety briefing before departure, and then had such a fun time exploring the islands. Clear water, beautiful fish, and a friendly crew — highly recommend

Magnifique! The colours of the water are unreal.
We visited a small island where we swam alone, far from the crowds. The crew took great care of us, offering fresh fruit and drinks. Merci for a perfect day in paradise

We came down from Toronto for a winter escape, and Bain's Sea Adventures gave us exactly what we needed — sun, sea, and pure relaxation. The staff were brilliant, and the boat ride between islands was just gorgeous. Worth every dollar

Though the Captain had all the essential supplies, we brought our own snorkel, equipment, water, towels, and beer. The captains knowledge of the islands, past history with pirates, just added to this unforgettable experience

Our family had the absolute best day island hopping in the Bahamas with Captain Anton & Mark. We swam with turtles, fish, & pigs. We saw the most beautiful beaches & "secret spots". They made us feel like friends from the moment we met, & we'd recommend them to everyone! (Unless you don't like having fun or getting wet. )

Bring your own towels. Sodas and water provided but you can bring your own beer and keep it in the cooler. Bring a sweatshirt or something to stay warm after snorkeling because the breeze can be chilly.
Chad Jones
Expect the possibility of rain, Bring sweatshirts in case it’s overcast. If you have a beard and you want to Snorkel, wipe chapstick on your mustache, lol.

Dont be fooled by the weather app on your phone! We almost canceled, thankfully Martin (our Captain) was right and we had perfect weather!

Swimming pigs, snorkeling with turtles, secluded Rose Island beach spots, whatever boat up bar/ restaurant fits your vibe. This experience delivers.

Go with Captain Eddie. Much better than the group tours. Very reliable and good communication. We would definitely do it again.
Danielle Snyder
We had some wind so we were limited in where we coupd ho but it was still a great day.
Alissa Jackson
The experience was incredible but weather was a bit windy and chilly on the water.

Loved swimming with the pigs. Definitely a must do. But the private beach was really the highlight so beautiful!!

A little chilly on our day, but Nassau is unpredictable in the winter. It’s exactly what we expected.

Chris our captain was amazing he took us to some amazing spots and some off the beaten path and it was without a doubt the best day in the Bahamas.
Julie Prechter
The water was a little brisk. Captain Martin found the best day for us with the calmest winter water.

Definitely the pig island private island. Super clean! Swimming with the turtles was a lot of fun too!

Book in advance to avoid trying to find a boat at the last minute!!! Skip the other companies and book with Tropic Sea Adventures as their calendar sells out fast

Like I said, the charges for snacks was out of control too high. Other than that everything was perfect.

From the moment we left the dock to the time we returned, it was pure bliss. Calm seas, great music, and stunning islands. Bain's Sea Adventures has mastered the art of island hospitality
