From the moment we stepped aboard, he made us feel welcome, safe, and completely relaxed. His knowledge of the area, friendly personality, and attention to every detail made the experience unforgettable. Captain Carlos took us to beautiful spots, made sure we had plenty of time to snorkel and explore, and even helped create some amazing family memories—including an unforgettable surprise visit from a playful dolphin! It truly became one of the highlights of our trip.
