- My name is Filipe, I am 56 years old, I have always lived in Lisbon opposite the Tagus River, and from an early age, I developed a passion for the sea and sailing. I have already acquired two boats and travelled many miles, and in 2015, I started this project to welcome visitors and share my knowledge of our wonderful city from a unique perspective seen from the river.
