- My name is Dijana. I have been operating boats professionally since 2024, though my true experience spans more than 15 years. Sailing is a natural part of my life – living by the sea, I’ve spent nearly every summer day on the water. For over a decade, I offered complimentary boat trips to guests staying in our family accommodation – often even for short stays – simply out of love for the sea and the joy of sharing the beauty of our coastal surroundings. That long-standing experience, combined with strong safety awareness, deep local knowledge, and genuine care for people, has shaped me into a captain who truly understands both the sea and her guests. This year, my son Dominik officially joined me. He’s been around boats since early childhood, and although young, he brings a wealth of experience from years of sailing and learning by my side. In the environment I come from, female skippers are still a rare sight – which makes me proud to bring a different kind of presence to the world of charters: intuitive, calm, and deeply connected to nature and people.
