We do want to apologise for the mix-up with your breakfast order. After reading your review, we looked into your booking and it looks like it was placed on your side but unfortunately never went through to the café — which is why it wasn’t ready on the day. Rest assured you were never charged, however we’re sorry for the confusion and also for not having your breakfast available. We’ll follow up with the café team to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
