Hearing the humming of the engines and the fresh breeze on my face was all I needed to motivate me to build a career on the water. Now a charter boat captain, I like to see the smiles on my guests face as they enjoy doing what I love. Nothing excites me more than a wonderful day on the water while enjoying nature at its best!
Techniques: My favorite boat activities are deep sea fishing for yellowfin tuna, trolling for wahoo, hanging out with the stingrays and snorkeling. Anything boat related is a good day on the water for me !

Derron was such a fantastic, knowledgeable, and chill captain and his boat was exactly what we desired for our private charter! It was just my wife and I, and it was absolutely perfect. Derron took us to two private spots to snorkel and both were amazing! We even saw two huge turtles that played with us, in addition to the huge, chill stingrays, beautiful fish, and unique starfish. Please treat yourselves to a fantastic captain and fantastic experience. It is a small boat that would fit just a few people. So if it’s two adults and two kids, it will be a private and special time. My wife and I loved it.

We did 2 excursions: lobster and conch diving one day and swimming with stingrays, snorkeling and star fish point one day. Our boys (12 & 11) had the time of their lives. Captain Derron was awesome and so was Charles. We highly recommend!!

Capt. Derron guided us on a perfect morning tour. He took us to several of his favorite snorkeling spots, where we were able to see some great sights while also avoiding the crowds. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend Easy Does It charters if you’re looking for a memorable experience.
