How can I enter BoatBooker`s Loyalty Program?
Simply book a trip through BoatBooker with any captain, in any location. Once your trip has successfully taken place, you`ll be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. You`ll be eligible for discounts starting from 10% on your next trip, applicable on all eligible charters.

How can I unlock the next Loyalty level?
Loyalty levels are unlocked based on how many trips you complete every 2 years. You'll be notified every time you level up. Visit your profile to see how close you are to unlocking the next level.
How many levels are there in BoatBooker's Loyalty Program?
The BoatBooker Loyalty Program currently has 3 levels. Access to levels you already unlocked will not expire, meaning those Loyalty discounts are yours to enjoy any time you book an eligible charter. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your status to update.
Does the Loyalty Program include any benefits besides discounts?
Currently, our Loyalty Program focuses on exclusive discounts on eligible charters.
Depending on your Loyalty level, you can save up to 20% on participating trips.
We're always working on improving the program, so stay tuned for future updates and new benefits.
What happens to my progress in the Loyalty program if my booking gets canceled?
If your booking is canceled, it will not count toward your progress in the Loyalty Program. Note that you have the option to change or reschedule your booking in order to avoid canceling it. If completed, a rescheduled booking will still count toward your progress.
