A true local to the area, Captain Jose knows the Gulf of Papagayo like the back of his hand. He's been exploring these waters over 20 years, and sees it as a great, and fun way to show tourists the rich nature and dazzling marine life of his native area. He loves nothing more than connecting with customers and hopes to show you the beauty of his local waters, giving you a true Costa Rican marine experience.
