Welcome to Around the Lake, a young and passionate company born in Como with one simple idea: to help people discover the true beauty of Lake Como from the water, beyond the most famous views and well-known destinations.
Lake Como is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Its elegant villas, historic villages, dramatic mountains and crystal-clear waters have attracted travellers from all over the world for centuries. But for us, Lake Como is more than a destination. It is home.
We are a team of ten young people, all born and raised in Como. We grew up surrounded by the lake, its mountains and its unique atmosphere. We know its hidden corners, its quiet bays, its most spectacular viewpoints and the stories that make each village different. Most importantly, we know the lake not only as visitors see it, but as locals experience it every day.
This connection with the territory is at the heart of everything we do.

At Around the Lake, we believe that the best way to experience Lake Como is from the water. Whether you are visiting Lake Como for the first time, celebrating a special occasion, spending a day with family or friends, or simply looking for a different way to experience one of Italy's most iconic landscapes, we want every journey to become a memorable part of your stay.
Starting from Como, we take our guests out onto the lake and introduce them to a world that can feel completely different from the busy streets along the shore.
From the moment we leave the harbour, the landscape begins to change. Como gradually disappears behind us, the mountains rise around the lake and the water opens into an extraordinary panorama. Every turn reveals something new: historic villas hidden behind gardens, colourful villages built along the shoreline, elegant waterfronts and peaceful corner

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 30% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:

When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, an additional 0.5% charge will apply.
