Schooner Rise is a 1984 Custom 85’ Bay Schooner (restored in 2025), based out of Portland’s Columbia River. It can take up to forty-nine guests. The boat is powered by two 75 HP, diesel inboard Perkins engines, offering a maximum cruising speed of 8 knots. The vessel comes equipped with grill, refrigerator and WiFi.

Once onboard, you'll have facilities to make your trip as comfortable as possible: bow sundeck, kitchen and one full bath. Optional addons include snacks. Onboard policies are: alcohol allowed, children allowed, glass bottles allowed onboard, red wine allowed onboard and smoking allowed.
You will find all the necessary safety features onboard, the boat features anchor, chart plotter, depth finder, sonar, GPS, life jackets, radar, sonar, VHF radio and wheel steering are included.

How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
How you can pay
Reserve with a 10% booking deposit, pay the captain the rest
When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 10% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:

When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply.
