Our 1997 Contender Classic center console (fully restored in 2026) is based in Plymouth and accommodates up to 5 guests. Powered by a 300 HP Mercury outboard, she cruises comfortably at up to 35 knots, perfect for fast, efficient island hopping and coastal adventures. Onboard amenities include a Bluetooth sound system with multiple speakers, baitwell, Humminbird electronics, cooler for food and drinks, cup and rod holders, and a private marine toilet setup. All fishing gear is included.
Captains Benjamin and Matt Maher are lifelong locals with over 30 years of combined experience and USCG Master Captain licenses. Their deep knowledge of Plymouth and Cape Cod waters ensures a safe, smooth, and memorable experience every time.
We specialize in scenic boat and beach days, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard trips, Cape Cod Canal cruises, private whale watching, Great White Shark tours, and fishing.
Optional add-ons include lunch, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs (advance request required; additional charge applies). Guests may bring their own alcohol onboard respectfully.
Full safety equipment is included: GPS, radar, sonar, VHF radio, chart plotter, depth finder, anchor, and life jackets.

Growing up, Captains Ben and Matt spent their summers on the water. Sportfishing and commercial fishing have been part of their family tradition for over half a century. They were first introduced to the art of fishing by their grandfather and father, who would take them and their brothers out fishing whenever they could, whether casting from the dock in front of their grandparents' house or heading out on a boat. When they weren't fishing, they were spending time at the beach or exploring the islands and Cape Cod. Over the past 20 years, they have worked in both commercial and charter fishing, gaining extensive knowledge of the waters of the Cape and South Coast. From April to October, they can be found all along the Massachusetts coastline.

Security deposit of US $150 per tour is required
A refundable deposit of US $150 per tour is required at boat pick-up and will be returned to you when the boat is returned without damage. Security deposit is to be paid directly to the charter operator.

Fuel is included in the price of the rental.
How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Reserve with a 25% booking deposit, pay the captain the rest
When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 25% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
