Fish Tale 2 Costa Rica is a restored 1996 Cabo Flybridge Sportfisher, fully rebuilt in 2026 and based out of beautiful Marina Flamingo, Costa Rica. Designed for serious offshore sportfishing and premium guest comfort, Fish Tale 2 can accommodate up to eight guests and is powered by twin 325 HP diesel inboard Caterpillar engines, reaching a maximum cruising speed of 22 knots. The vessel is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, audio system, inside and outside speakers, baitwell, fishfinder, ice box, refrigerator, rod holders, and everything needed for a comfortable day on the Pacific.

Led by an experienced local captain and crew, Fish Tale 2 offers a world-class sportfishing experience in one of Costa Rica’s most productive fishing regions. Guests target blue marlin, black marlin, striped marlin, sailfish, yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi, wahoo, roosterfish, snapper, grouper, and more depending on the season and trip selected.

Once onboard, you will find facilities built for comfort and performance, including an aft sundeck, bathing platform, bimini, bow sundeck, flybridge, kitchen, one berth, one cabin, one full bath, one head, and one toilet. Optional add-ons may include catch cleaning and filleting, drinks, lunch, and snacks. Onboard policies include alcohol allowed, children allowed, red wine allowed onboard, smoking allowed, and swimming allowed.

Fish Tale 2 also carries the necessary safety and navigation features for a professional offshore experience, including anchor, autopilot, bow thruster, chart plotter, depth finder, sonar, GPS, life jackets, radar, VHF radio, wheel steering, and modern onboard electronics.
