Captain Rick Travis has been sailing most of his life. He is a Coast Guard Licensed Master, able to run ships up to 100 gross tons and has first aid and CPR training. He's been chartering Nirvana since 2010 and most importantly, his knowledge and experience insures the safety of you and your party. Additionally, Rick's local knowledge of places to go and things to do ensures that you'll have fun.
Rick has owned Nirvana since 1996 and he works hard to keep her in bristol condition.
The Captain can officiate weddings, run Pirate Treasure Hunts for kids and can facilitate the spreading of ashes, carrying out the wishes of loved ones.

Charter Nirvana is a 1984 Pearson 386 Sailing based out of Mamaroneck. It can take up to ten guests. The boat is powered by one 40 HP diesel inboard Yanmar engine, offering a maximum cruising speed of 7 knots. The vessel comes equipped with audio system, grill, ice box, inside speakers, outside speakers, refrigerator and rod holders.
