The description was not clear and was quite misleading. Additionally, the trip started at 12:30, although they did respect the advertised six-hour duration. But we had to wait there in the sun with no place to sit for 2 hours.

The captain was nice and friendly, which was probably the best part of the experience. However, the girl collecting the money at the beginning was not pleasant at all, and repeatedly tried to charge us the wrong amount.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. My advice to other travelers is to wait until you arrive in Sarandë and choose another company that is more transparent and better suited to your actual needs.
