Our boat is a beautifully restored 1972 Amel Euros 41, refitted in 2024 and based in Jan Thiel, Curacao. The boat is privatised for your group only, up to 6 guests, which makes it a good fit for couples, families and small groups who want a calm and exclusive time on the water.
This is a motor cruise, not a sailing trip. We run on the 55 HP Yanmar inboard diesel engine for the whole outing, with the sails stowed, so the boat stays flat and steady and nobody has to handle a rope. Cruising speed is up to 9 knots along the Curacao coastline and the sunset routes.
Onboard you will find a bimini for shade, a fully equipped galley and plenty of room to sit or lie down. Cold beer, soft drinks, water and chips are included. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks, wine and glass bottles included.
Your captain, Fabien Thepot, is a professional skipper based in Curacao and runs private cruises, sunset outings and small group charters year round, with a relaxed and safety first approach.
Children are welcome and smoking is allowed on deck.
For peace of mind, the boat carries full navigation and safety equipment: autopilot, GPS, chart plotter, depth finder, sonar, VHF radio, anchor, life jackets and wheel steering.
As the sun drops, you cruise through calm water and take in the Caribbean light from a classic, beautifully maintained boat, an easy and memorable way to see Curacao from the sea.

A refundable deposit of US $100 per tour is required at boat pick-up and will be returned to you when the boat is returned without damage. Security deposit is to be paid directly to the charter operator.

How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
