We had an amazing time, the crew was fun, easy going and flexible to amend the tour to our wishes. The food they provided was great too, and the boat incl facilities was perfect for the day trip. Highly recommended.
I originally booked with My Island, but he was overbooked for the day of my booking and outsourced the trip. I booked with My ISland based on reviews I had seen, so I would have appreciated some feedback from them if they were unable to accommodate us on the day of our booking. Also, the meet up point was a disaster. It is a harbour with hundreds of boats. They send you a google image of the meetup location and expect you to know where the location is. I called and texted for a 15 minutes timeframe attempting to locate the tour company. The appropriate thing to do would be to have a guide meet and escort the party to the correct dingy. The actual boat was already out in the ocean, so there is no way of knowing which dingy was transporting us. The substitute skipper we got was ok and it was a beautiful day on the ocean. However, service should be a priority in the tourism industry and especially even more so when groups book private experiences. My Island- improve on your communication with guests, and provide an escort at a specific meeting point on land to create less stress for people just wanting a relaxing day on the water.

When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 20% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
