Boston Harbor Cruises
Typhoon is a 40' Pursuit 3800 Express Sportfishing motor yacht based in Boston. It can take up to six guests. The boat is powered by two 490 HP diesel inboard Volvo engines, offering a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots. The vessel comes equipped with airconditioning, audio system, baitwell, fishfinder, inside speakers, outside speakers, refrigerator, rod holders and WiFi.
The captain, Dennis Kulesza specializes in harbor cruises, boat & yacht tours and island hopping. Some of the harbor historic sites that can be viewed include the oldest commissioned warship in the U.S. Navy, the Constitution aka Old Ironsides, built in 1797, Boston Light the first light house in the United States, and Fort Warren a Civil War fort used to house Confederate prisoners which is believed to be haunted to this day just to name a few.
Once onboard, you'll have everything you need for a trip to remember, including aft sundeck, bathing platform, bow sundeck, kitchen, cabin with full galley, bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, large 165-quart cooler with ice . Optional add-ons include drinks, catering, lunch and snacks. Onboard policies allow personal alcohol, snacks and swimming in designated areas. Party is allowed to bring one cooler. Flat sole boat style shoes are strongly encouraged, and bare feet are always welcome as our deck as spotlessly clean.
You will find all the necessary safety features onboard, the boat features anchor, autopilot, chart plotter, depth finder, GPS, life jackets, radar, sonar, VHF radio and wheel steering are included.
There will be a knowledgeable mate onboard to make sure you enjoy every minute of your voyage enjoyable. They do work hard so a gratuity of 10 – 20% is customary.
