We had the most amazing time out on the water with Captain Miguel. From the very beginning, he was so kind and helpful with planning the proposal to my now fiancée, and made the whole thing feel easy and stress-free. Everything came together so perfectly on the day. The boat was beautiful, the views of Lisbon were incredible, and the whole experience felt so thoughtful and elevated. Miguel shared little bits of history, information about the city, and great food recommendations along the way, which made the charter feel even more special. The attention to detail was amazing — the music playlist, the lovely warm blankets, the incredible charcuterie spread, the classic black-and-white aesthetic of the boat. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and so well taken care of the entire time. And of course, we’re so grateful for Miguel’s kindness and discretion in helping make the proposal such a memorable surprise — and for capturing the moment for us, too. It was honestly one of the most special and unforgettable moments of our lives, and we can’t recommend Captain Miguel enough. Words cannot explain what an amazing experience it was to propose to my girlfriend on Miguel’s boat. How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 15% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
