Amazing experience at sea with Beach Vibes! From the very first contact, the service was impeccable — fast, friendly, and personalized. The boat was in perfect condition: comfortable and well-equipped. We spent a spectacular day exploring the beaches of Tayrona. Pagamos 3 millones y solo estuvimos en el bote 2 horas, las olas en ese lugar es loco.
Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Lamentamos que el día no haya cumplido con tus expectativas. Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos para nuestros futuros pasajeros. La reserva correspondía a una experiencia privada de 8 horas, con salida programada a las 9:00 a. m. Ese día, las condiciones del mar no resultaron cómodas para la pasajera, por lo que decidió no continuar hacia Cabo San Juan y optó por permanecer en Playa Cristal. Nuestro capitán y la tripulación ofrecieron alternativas para continuar disfrutando de la experiencia, incluyendo Bahía Concha y Cinto, pero la pasajera decidió no tomar ninguna de estas opciones y regresar a la marina. La embarcación, el capitán y la tripulación estuvieron disponibles y el servicio se prestó durante la reserva. El regreso anticipado se produjo por decisión de la pasajera, después de que se le ofrecieran diferentes alternativas de recorrido. Por esta razón, no fue posible realizar un reembolso por el tiempo no utilizado. Para nosotros, la seguridad y comodidad de nuestros pasajeros siempre son una prioridad, y hacemos todo lo posible por adaptar los recorridos a las condiciones del día y a las preferencias de cada grupo. Lamentamos que en esta ocasión la experiencia no haya sido la que esperaba.
