Axion Esti – Dimokriteio Cruises

Axion Esti is a historic 1948 Thessaloniki-built wooden gullet (Trechantiri), fully restored in 2024, and proudly owned by the same family since 1970. Today, it sails from Kallithea Marina, offering a unique blend of Greek maritime heritage and modern comfort.

Your captain has been a sailor since the age of six, a member of the Hellenic National Sailing Team since 16, and has competed worldwide in Optimist, Laser 470, 49er, Tornado, and Catamaran classes. With over nine years of professional captaincy and a University-certified Sailing Coach (Category A), he combines deep nautical expertise with a true passion for the sea.

Onboard, guests may choose between three carefully designed experiences:

Half-Day Cruise (swimming & relaxation)
Sunset Cruise (golden hours at sea with wine & finger food)
Full-Day Cruise (island-hopping in the Saronic Gulf)

Every cruise includes:

Welcome with loukoumi & Chios mastiha liqueur
Traditional Greek meals, seasonal fruit platters, and finger food at sunset

Water activities: paddleboards, snorkeling gear, swimming stops

The vessel accommodates up to 25 guests for day trips and 12 overnight in cabins, equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning, refrigerator, ice box, indoor & outdoor sound system, sundecks, and WiFi.

Safety features include life jackets, VHF, GPS, chart plotter, depth sounder, radar, and autopilot.
