6 Hr – Island Hopping & Snorkeling on March 9, 20265 adults
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sin Priza was exactly what we were looking for for our family of 5. Very very clean, spacious, comfortable. We received nothing short of an excellent service! Barbara was the absolute sweetest! She took the time to make sure we all had what we needed. She made sure we were comfortable. She answered any questions we had. She even took the time to help my 8 year old try some fishing! El Sr. Capitan… hats off to a man with such experience. Our safety couldn’t have been in better hands. We will definitely book with them again when we choose to return to Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷

6 Hr – Island Hopping & Snorkeling on March 31, 20264 adults
We booked a 6-hour tour for my mother's 70th birthday for $900, that it feels like the captain just never wanted to deliver. At confirmation, they said it was 4-hours and when I questioned that, they said I was right, it would actually be 6 hours. We expected to visit Palomino and Icacos and were particularly interested in snorkeling, which we made clear. We went to Palomino and got to see sea turtles from the boat, which was very neat, but once we were in the water, it was clear that visibility was too poor for snorkeling. When I asked about Icacos, they said it would be even worse there, and wasn't worth the visit and suggested we cut the trip to 4-hours and they would cut the price accordingly. We agreed and once docked back in Fajardo, they took $100 off the price, which didn't feel quite right for missing 1/3 of the duration and 1/2 the experience. I still paid and tipped appropriately. I then heard from other charter passengers that Icacos was much clearer than Palomino and they were able to snorkel. That's just a lot of money to spend to not get what you expected. I wish they had cancelled us rather than deliver a poor experience at a token discount. I also told them at booking that I was allergic to milk and asked that they leave the cheese off one of the sandwiches. They made ham and cheese sandwiches and left out two chunks of plain bread saying something about someone avoiding gluten (which of course bread is full of), but they could have just done what I asked and offer a ham sandwich with no cheese. Overall the captain and crew were very nice, they even had cupcakes for my mom's birthday, but I am pretty disappointed that they either didn't want to spend 6 hours on the water or didn't have the same command of water conditions the other charters did.

Thank you again for joining us. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Weather conditions were discussed prior to and during the trip, and for safety reasons we were limited in where we could go and what we could do that day. These conditions also affected visibility for snorkeling. During the charter, it was mutually agreed to shorten the trip due to weather, and we adjusted the price accordingly at that time. Three days after the trip, an additional refund was requested by you... and As a gesture of goodwill, we have agreed to provide the additional $100 refund. We always strive to give our best service to every client, even when weather conditions are not ideal.including the gratuity that had already been given to the crew, despite the service being completed and acknowledged positively during the experience. thank you
