The boat and day of experience was amazing. The booking and payment process was a stressful experience. Need to clean up how payment was received. Third party made it even more confusing
sorry its a bareboat charter that has to be that way to carry over 6 passengers. capatins are have to be paid separately amd is explained in the description of the booking its the only way to keep it legal. we dodmt charge you for the tax and or fuel like in the description. How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 20% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:

When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply.
