The Captain, Roth Mathews specializes in fishing and will provide a safety tutorial of the boat where you will sign liability waivers as well, and will be responsible for any damages.
Onboard policies are: children allowed but must wear life jackets while the boat is underway. Strictly no alcohol to whomever is operating the boat. The operator of the boat must be at least 21 years of age.

Security deposit of US $200 per tour is required
A refundable deposit of US $200 per tour is required at boat pick-up and will be returned to you when the boat is returned without damage. Security deposit is to be paid directly to the charter operator.
Fuel is included
Fuel is included in the price of the rental.
How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Reserve with a 25% booking deposit, pay the captain the rest
When the captain confirms your trip, BoatBooker charges your credit card a 25% booking deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:

When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply.
