4 Hour PM - Pigs, Turtles, Snorkel

Not As Advertised, Cash Only, Poor Communication & Service

The captain seamed to have no plan for our trip. The weather was very windy and cooler, so you think he would have asked what would work better for us. I had specificity made requests for our trip since it was my sisters 40th bday wanted to have a nice day on the water. Plus I said we weren’t really interested in seeing the pigs because we didn’t want to spend the extra $200+ dollars to see them since we where a party of 10. Then His first stop is there with the pigs and puts us all on the banana boat to the island, which we all thought might have been for the snorkeling as there was lot goin on as we pulled up to the island. But then we are informed now that we took the ride to the pig island we now have to pay to see the pigs now that we are on the island. Which clearly the captain makes a kickback from as we saw money exchange hands. So after that again no real communication about the next planned stop just that it’s windy and might be rough. Then he proceeded to put us through some crazy 4-6’waves making it very hard and uncomfortable ride for half our party and one of friends hit his head in the bathroom during this ride because of the waves and cut his head open. The mate Jack did render aid for that. But non the less made his trip horrible the rest of the day. So we make this rough ass trip to the turtle area and see some turtles but are told there is no snorkeling with the turtles. So that wasn’t cool because this was what they advertised and it was the best place for it. So then we leave take a long ride back back to another area and at this point its now cooler out than when we started and he brings to this area and is like well I guess you can snorkel here. At this point no one is really interested. Only two ppl snorkel and the one mate then make a comment about don’t loose my flippers to my friend. I asked if they had enough equipment for us to use before the trip and the captain said yes and they we find out the one pair of flippers are the mates. Then he takes us to the Floating Bar area. We wait around for another boat to take us there it never shows up, so we tell him to just forget it and take us back. Then he slowly starts to move out of the area and then this bar boat ferry shows up and this point we are over the trip and insist that we just want to go back. And I’m sure it’s because they make a kickback back at the bar as well. So we wasted $1650 and half a day of our vacation between the boat trip and the pigs. Don’t recommend this charter at all.
